This policy explains how personal data related to hco.com.py is handled. The site is operated by Hugo Correa Oheler, an individual, under the professional brand HCo.

Applicable legal framework

This policy is drafted under the applicable Paraguayan legal framework — in particular the National Constitution on privacy and habeas data, Law 1682/2001 on private information and its amendments, and other applicable provisions — and incorporates criteria compatible with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as international good practice, without implying that GDPR applies as binding law to this site.

The data controller for the site is Hugo Correa Oheler, an individual, with a professional address in Asunción, Paraguay, and direct contact at hola@hco.com.py .

Scope

This policy applies to hco.com.py, including its Spanish and English versions, informational pages, legal pages and published contact channels.

Data processed

In V1, the site does not include forms, user accounts, newsletters or commercial capture mechanisms. The only personal data that may be processed is:

Data the visitor voluntarily sends by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Aggregated technical navigation data through Plausible Analytics, without cookies and without personal identification.
Minimal technical logs generated by hosting and security infrastructure.

Purposes

Data is used only to respond to professional communications, evaluate work opportunities, maintain site security, measure aggregate page usage and improve content.

Legal basis

When a person writes by email, phone or WhatsApp, processing is based on their voluntary contact and on the legitimate interest of responding to a professional request. Aggregated analytics are used with a privacy-by-design criterion and without individual tracking.

Cookies

V1 does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. Plausible Analytics works without cookies. For that reason, no consent banner is shown. If a future feature introduces cookies or equivalent technologies that require consent, this policy will be updated before activation.

Third parties

The site may rely on necessary technical providers:

Plausible Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free analytics. Plausible is an independent provider with its own privacy policy. The instance used is the public one hosted by the provider; no individual visitor identifiers are shared.
Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare DNS for site hosting, distribution, DNS, HTTPS, caching and security headers, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. under its own privacy policy and terms.
Email and messaging providers used by the visitor when initiating contact, depending on the client the visitor chooses.
WhatsApp, when the visitor chooses that channel. WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., an independent controller with its own privacy policy. By starting a WhatsApp conversation, the visitor accepts that service's terms and shares with Meta the data associated with the use of the platform (phone number, message metadata, etc.) in addition to what they send to HCo.

These providers may process data under their own terms. HCo does not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

Communications received by email, phone or WhatsApp are kept for a reasonable time to manage the professional conversation, follow up and comply with applicable obligations. A person may request deletion or correction by writing to hola@hco.com.py .

Rights

Visitors may request access, correction, update, deletion or objection to the processing of their data where applicable, in accordance with the applicable law, including the habeas data action provided for in Paraguay's National Constitution and Law 1682/2001. Requests are received at hola@hco.com.py and answered within reasonable timeframes.

If a person believes their rights have not been respected, they may resort to the administrative and judicial channels provided by Paraguayan law for that purpose.

International transfers

Some technical providers may operate infrastructure outside Paraguay. When this occurs, reasonable criteria of security, data minimization and trusted provider selection are applied.

Minors

The site is not directed at minors and does not seek to collect data from minors.

Changes

Any relevant change to this policy will be published on this same page, with a visible update date.
