Method of work
How HCo moves from an initial conversation to an applied solution, with professional judgment and without commercial pressure.
Applying artificial intelligence and technology with real value takes more than tools. It takes understanding the context, separating opportunity from trend, designing with judgment and leaving capability in place. This method describes how HCo works: six clear stages, no packages, no artificial urgency and integrity as a baseline condition.
01 Initial conversation
A first conversation, without commitment, to understand the situation, goals and urgency. Its only purpose is to decide, together, whether it makes sense to keep moving forward and which way of working would fit.
02 Brief diagnosis
A structured look at processes, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI readiness. It does not produce a long report or aim to be exhaustive: it produces a clear picture of where the real levers are and where the risks lie.
03 Opportunity prioritization
Based on the diagnosis, we identify a few concrete opportunities with visible impact. We discard those that require conditions that do not exist, or that do not justify the risk, cost or effort. Prioritization is a decision, not a list.
04 Solution design or action plan
For each selected opportunity, a specific solution is defined: scope, architecture, security criteria, data involved, appropriate model or tool, and a way to measure results. If the right option is to do nothing, that is also said clearly.
05 Implementation or accompaniment
Depending on the case, HCo implements directly, leads implementation with the client's teams or accompanies an internal team. The modality is decided case by case, not by default. Each step is documented so the client can audit and maintain it.
06 Transfer and continuous improvement
Every engagement ends by leaving judgment, documentation and autonomy. The goal is not to perpetuate dependency; it is for the client to be more capable at the end than at the beginning. When appropriate, follow-up reviews are agreed to sustain the criteria over time.
